What we collect and why

What we never do
- We never sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never display your income range, phone number or email publicly.
- We never take payments on this website — there is no card or wallet data to collect.
- We never read your uploaded files for any purpose other than the request you sent them with.
Who can see your data
Only you (through your account) and the Gaurav AI Services admin team. Access is enforced with row-level security in our database: every user can read and change only their own records; administrators can view records to provide the service you asked for. Third-party processors (authentication, hosting, email/SMS delivery, Google sign-in) receive only what is needed to perform that function.
Your controls
- Edit your name, phone, profession, income range, city, bio and avatar anytime from My Profile.
- Turn email or WhatsApp notifications on or off in Settings.
- Remove any entry from your Activity history. The business record is kept for our accounts but hidden from your view.
- Delete your account from Settings. Your profile goes to a recycle bin for 30 days (so accidental deletions can be undone) and login is disabled immediately.

Retention and security
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet basic accounting obligations. Passwords are hashed, sign-in attempts are rate-limited to prevent brute-force attacks, leaked passwords are rejected at sign-up, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Cookies are used only for keeping you signed in and remembering your language choice.
